Aware with Words in Conversation: Practice Groups
Who attends practice groups: People who attend practice groups have completed an Aware with Words in Conversation Foundation program or another Foundation program in Compassionate/Nonviolent Communication. They are wanting a safe and confidential space where they can explore how they might have an empathic conversation in a range of different scenarios they are encountering day to day.
Program outcomes: Participants sink into a deeper awareness of what gets in the way of effective communication. They typically gain greater confidence and fluency in building connection and trust with work colleagues and clients. They find their voice.
Program structure: Aware with Words organises practice groups for organisations according to need and supported by a trained coach. A minimum of 8 people are required for a practice group – which might be held within an organisation, in a location that can be accessed by several organisations or online. The length and frequency of sessions is decided in partnership with the group. Cost depends on the location and duration of the sessions and is negotiated with the organisation/s.
Aware with Words Communication Training programs are offered in organisations and in the wider community.
