I invite you to take a couple of hours out and join me online on Tuesday evening 4th June from 7pm to 9pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) to explore how you might make the shifts you’d love in your conversations.
What will we cover?
Drawing on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, the latest neuroscience about conversations and examples from our own life experience we will explore:
- What works well/not so well for us in the conversations we have.
- What kinds of conversations (and connection) we’d love to be having.
- Practical steps for creating the conversations we’d most enjoy.
We will also use Compassionate (Nonviolent) Communication to look at an example of how we might fully hear what matters to another person, while managing our own needs for safety and connection.
I will end the webinar by briefly sharing resources you might use to explore this work further and providing details of an online Foundation Training (Transforming Our Conversations) which I will be offering over 6 Tuesday nights in June-July, 2019.
How I Support Your Needs for Learning
I will guide us through a set of gentle activities: self-reflection and journaling, some sharing with a partner (if you choose) and some group discussion. You choose what involvement in the session best meets your needs for safe and inspiring learning.
